ok... here's the thing... I think that Ashley Greene was a great choice to have as Alice. Most people find that she is not short enough or her hair is too short... I think this... correct me if I am wrong.
1. Where in the world are you going tp find a four foot ten pale girl that is graceful and has short hair... add all that to beautiful... where are you going to find that.... (honestly I think that Ashley Greene is very pretty, but I am a girl and I am not illesbo. She seems like she can pull Alice off.)
2. There are ways that you can put a camera that makes people look shorter. They are probably like going to do that for the movie. Not to mention that she is only five four, which is going to look fine.
3. I'll admit... Stephenie Meyer is like the most detailed person in the world. She has painted a very vivid picture of any of the characters. I knew from the beginning that the characters aren't going to match exactly like Stephenie Meyer said. I love the details that she uses, but it has cursed me for life. I will never judge beautiful or ugly the same way again. I love the books, but boy, has it cursed me. I go to places to find "Edward". I have never found him due to the fact that they are beyond beautiful.
4. I guess this goes along with number 3. Stephenie Meyer describes the characters as "inhumanly beautiful". Ashley Greene is only human... She isn't a vampire (if she was, I would go up to her and be Bella and say bite me). She isn't pale as much as vampires are.
5. Does it really matter what they look like? I mean, you have to put attractive guys on the screen to make me look at the screen (hello Dead Poets Society ) They are attractive. The part that matters most to people are can they act? I guess that is how they're names are decided. I haven't seen any movies that Ashley Greene has acted in I think. I think that she just has that look to her that she can act.
Okay, to finish it up, Ashley Greene is awesome. I love that she was picked to play Alice. She has definitely put up with so much stuff that people has said about her. Lighten up, she has only been picked by Summit and her agent. It wasn't like she said that she immediately wanted to play this (if she has, sorry. Still, lighten up). She is an amazing person to put up with all of the <insert bad word here> stuff that she has. It is going to be a hard role to portray already. She needs people to lighten up on her. I think she is perfect with that. LIGHTEN UP ON HER!!! SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS!! SHE HAS MERELY BEEN PICKED!! Okay, I think I am done. If you want to disagree, please put it on here. I would love to counteract that part. If you agree, please say that you are on my side. Thanks for reading this and putting up with all my <insert bad word here> through this thing. I appreciate it. CHEERS!
